The bullet-riddled bodies of 12 people, including two biological brothers, were recovered from three districts of Pakistan’s restive Balochistan province on Tuesday. Pakistan’s military says security forces killed 12 militants and Afghan Taliban fighters while foiling an attempted infiltration along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in Kurram district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The ISPR accused the Afghan Taliban of facilitating cross-border militancy and said clearance operations were underway against other suspected militants in the area.
