Houthis Say Saudi Arabia Carried Out More Than 32 Airstrikes Across Yemen

SANAA / RIYADH (Terror Monitor) — Iran-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen say Saudi Arabia has carried out more than 32 airstrikes on their positions in various parts of Yemen.

A day earlier, the Houthis launched large-scale attacks against neighboring Saudi Arabia, wounding dozens of civilians, including women and children.

The Houthi-affiliated Al-Masirah TV reported that “Saudi aircraft carried out 32 airstrikes on various areas over the past few hours.”

Saudi Arabia has not yet issued an official response to the Houthi claims regarding the airstrikes.

Saudi authorities said Houthi attacks on Tuesday morning temporarily disrupted operations at some oil facilities and wounded 73 people.

The Houthis targeted civilian and economic facilities in the Saudi cities of Abha, Khamis Mushait, Jizan and Najran, injuring 73 Saudi civilians, including women and children.

In a statement posted on X by the Saudi Foreign Ministry, Riyadh warned that “the continued targeting of innocent civilians and civilian infrastructure by the Houthi militia could have serious consequences.”
