Pakistan Vows to Eliminate Terrorist Infrastructure Anywhere: Field Marshal

Islamabad (Terror Monitor) —Pakistan's Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Asim Munir, has reaffirmed that terrorist infrastructure posing a threat to Pakistan will be eliminated wherever it exists.
According to the state-run Associated Press of Pakistan (APP), citing a statement issued by the military's media wing, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the army chief made the remarks during a meeting with participants of the 20th National Workshop Balochistan at the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi.
The ISPR said Field Marshal Asim Munir stated that the security forces and law enforcement agencies, with the support of the public, would ensure lasting peace in Balochistan.
He also reiterated that operations against terrorists and their facilitators would continue until terrorism is completely eradicated.
According to the ISPR, the army chief stressed that wherever terrorist infrastructure poses a threat to Pakistan and its people, the country remains firmly committed to eliminating it.
Field Marshal Asim Munir further alleged that foreign-backed elements have continued efforts to fuel violence, undermine stability, and sabotage peace in Balochistan. He said Pakistan's armed forces, with the support of the people, would respond firmly and decisively to defeat such designs.
